Product Warranty

DRACO Carbon provides a 3-year limited warranty on all rims and wheelsets, effective from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. If a rim fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product type. Open mold products typically start at 20 rims per mold. OEM custom molds require higher volumes. Contact us for your specific needs.

How long does a custom OEM project take?

Typical timeline: 4-6 weeks for mold making, 2-3 weeks for sampling and testing, then 4-6 weeks for first production run. Total time from design freeze to delivery: approximately 10-15 weeks.

Can I visit the factory?

Absolutely. We encourage factory visits. Contact us to schedule a tour. We can also arrange virtual factory tours via video call.

Do you provide UCI certification support?

Yes. We can handle UCI product approval applications on your behalf, including test sample preparation and documentation.

What carbon fiber do you use?

We primarily use Toray carbon fiber prepreg, with options for other certified suppliers based on your requirements.

Do you offer wheel building service?

Yes. We offer complete wheel building with your choice of hubs and spokes (DT Swiss, Sapim, Pillar, etc.).
