Stage 1
Before mass production, every new design undergoes extensive testing on 2-3 prototype samples. Our testing standards are based on years of market feedback, industry benchmarks, and can be customized to your requirements.
Stage 2
Our production team performs quality verification immediately after each manufacturing step:
Stage 3
Inspection nodes verify raw material, curing, trimming, final rim quality, and final wheelset quality.
Stage 02

Stage 03

| Final Inspection — Rim | Inflation test (150 psi); net weight; appearance; hole diameter; hole count; noise; decal and label; water-transfer position. |
| Final Inspection — Wheelset | Spoke tension and balance; wheelset runout/centering; roundness and flatness. |
